Please note that for guests wishing to park their car in a secure car park, secure public car parks are available upon reservation around Nice for variable charges. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. 對此，專門做台式辦桌的「台菜二世祖阿建」也PO文一一回嗆，強調「去星級大飯店就不會請人上台致詞？我只能說，紅白帖很多政治人物都會跑啦！不要把這個問題去扯到辦桌身上」；至於衛生方面的疑慮，他也表示，大飯店的衛生情形其實不一定比較好。最後他也強調，辦桌一萬元的單，可以有龍蝦、石斑、大草蝦、鮑魚、佛跳牆等海鮮料理，應有盡有，「菜色打趴飯店幾百條街！」
